Coaching Hostesses:
Here is how a FB messenger party works:
1.) Set the date and time
2.) The day before the party I will text you a short invite example text to send to your gal friends.
3.) I will create a group chat in FB messenger for the party and will add you.
4.) As you get yeses, you can add them to the chat (max of 15ish).
5.) The day of the party I will make 1 morning post in the chat.
6.) A bit before the party I will remind them in the chat that it's almost party time.
7.) At party time I will post about 15 pics with information. Party lasts 15-20 minutes, depending on how glitchy FB is that day.
8.) Your friends shop.
9.) I coach you in what to say to connect and follow up privately with each of them.
10.) You can earn Freebies and a Half price shopping spree based on the orders from your friends!

How to create a messenger group
When you first create a group, you must have 3 people in it. So if you only have yourself and your hostess in the group, you won't be able to invite more people. You can add a close friend/ spouse/ office assistant as your 3rd person in order to create the group. Once the party has another chat member, you can remove them from the group.
I seem to only be able to create the group chats from my phone, not my desktop. Here are the instructions for android:
In the upper right-hand corner of messenger, there is a pencil. Click on it, then select group chat. Name the chat, then add the hostess and a 3rd person. Once you have it created, the consultant hostess will have to invite the party people as you can only add people to a group chat if you are friends with them on FB. If she has trouble adding people, you may need to make her an administrator in the chat.
Coach your consultant/ hostess to please don't add the party people until the morning before the party. For example, if the party is on Wednesday night, the earliest you should add them is Tuesday morning.
Invite script for potential guests. Send to 30-40 to get 20ish to say yes:
Hey! I am hosting a 15 min FB messenger party Wednesday evening @ 8pm. My Mary Kay girl is giving away tons of free stuff, doing deals, and I will receive credit for having a Party!
Can I add you to the group? It's only 15 min-so it's fast and fun!

How to have your Hostess find the messenger group/ send to hostess
I have created the group chat in messenger. Go to your FB messenger and you should see a group called 's MK
I have invited you to be an admin in the group, so once you invite someone to be your guest and they say "yes," you can add them to the group.
To add members to the group:
1) Click on the group in FB messenger.
2) Scroll to the top of the group.
3) Click the +add button at the very top of the group.
4) Search by name for who you want to add.
5) Click on the circle to the right of their name.
6) Click add in the upper right hand corner.
Consultant Tip
Night Before check in ...
Check to see how many guests have been added to the group and ask the Hostess how her invites are going if the group has less than 15 people in it.
Say to the Hostess, "You'll need to invite 30-45 people to get 15 yeses. If they are female, have skin, and are nice, send them the invitation message privately.
Ideally, we want everyone who will be in the party to be in the group by mid-morning tomorrow.
It's going to be fun!"
